Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain and vendor management? Clark Outsourcing is seeking a highly organized Procurement Assistant to join our growing team in Angeles City. In this role, you will play a vital part in streamlining our purchasing processes, ensuring that our operations have the resources they need to succeed.

As a Procurement Assistant, you will work closely with our operations team to source high-quality materials, negotiate with vendors, and maintain accurate inventory records. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases and manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and verify specifications.
  • Prepare, process, and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in reconciling invoices and shipping documents.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly procurement reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Ability to work the night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time) consistently.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at our Angeles City location.
