Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to finalizing supplier contracts.
  • Conduct market research and supplier negotiations to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure production continuity.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain a database of qualified vendors.
  • Prepare detailed procurement reports and analyze spending patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material requirements accurately.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes and cost control mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel to supplier sites.
