Join Pesta Pora Abadi's dynamic team as we seek a skilled Procurement, Construction & Maintenance Manager to oversee our end-to-end project lifecycle. In this critical role, you'll drive strategic procurement initiatives while ensuring seamless material sourcing, vendor negotiations, and project execution. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency by optimizing supply chains, controlling costs, and maintaining quality standards across construction and maintenance projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project timelines and budgetary constraints, while continuously improving vendor relationships and compliance protocols. This position offers the opportunity to shape our procurement infrastructure in a growing manufacturing and logistics environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for construction and maintenance projects, from vendor sourcing to contract finalization
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with project timelines and budget requirements
- Manage vendor relationships through negotiation, performance evaluation, and contract management
- Monitor material purchasing, inventory control, and delivery logistics to ensure project continuity
- Oversee maintenance procurement activities, including spare parts, equipment, and service contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards
- Analyze market trends and cost structures to optimize procurement strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in construction/manufacturing environments
- Proven track record in vendor management and strategic sourcing
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract drafting and supplier agreements
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
