Join AMMAN as a Procurement & Contract Specialist and lead our sourcing excellence initiatives across Indonesia and international markets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee procurement processes for Indonesia and overseas operations, ensuring timely cost-effective acquisition of goods/services
- Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers/vendors globally
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate cost/quality benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Monitor supplier performance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications
- Manage contract renewals and mitigate risks in supply chain operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/contract management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and data
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international procurement regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
