Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with internal users to understand technical requirements for equipment, spare parts, and materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues to maintain supply continuity.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop alternative sourcing strategies.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and market insights for management.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to regulatory and sustainability standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and ethical sourcing.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to be based in Kalimantan Utara.
