Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for property construction projects
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors across multiple categories
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics for long-term partnerships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with project teams to align procurement timelines and specifications
- Monitor budget adherence and report procurement KPIs to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in property/construction industry
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Certifications in CIPS or similar procurement frameworks preferred
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
