Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with both local and international suppliers.
- Handle all export-import documentation and customs clearance procedures to ensure full compliance with trade laws.
- Monitor and control project budgets, verifying all supplier payments and invoices for accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Streamline administrative workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Procurement and Export-Import (Exim).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
