Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage entire import lifecycle for IT distribution products, from purchase order to final delivery
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers for optimal shipment routing
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
  • Monitor shipment status proactively, resolving delays and exceptions to maintain delivery timelines
  • Prepare and verify import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align import schedules with business needs
  • Analyze import logistics performance and implement cost-saving measures
  • Maintain accurate records of all import activities for audit and reporting purposes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, import/export, or logistics operations
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
