Tanggung Jawab
- Manage entire import lifecycle for IT distribution products, from purchase order to final delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers for optimal shipment routing
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Monitor shipment status proactively, resolving delays and exceptions to maintain delivery timelines
- Prepare and verify import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align import schedules with business needs
- Analyze import logistics performance and implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain accurate records of all import activities for audit and reporting purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, import/export, or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
