Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting qualified suppliers across multiple categories
- Support preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor documentation
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective procurement opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics teams
- Maintain accurate procurement databases and track vendor performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material/service requirements
- Support implementation of procurement policies and compliance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate (within 6 months) from any academic discipline
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder interactions
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
