Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgetary requirements.
- Source, vet, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes, including drafting RFP/RFQ documents, commercial negotiations, and contract awarding.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with the project management team to forecast material requirements and prevent site shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Evaluate supplier performance through regular audits and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost reductions.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, heavy equipment procurement, and subcontracting agreements.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
