We are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for direct materials, with a specialized focus on plastic packaging and industrial supplies.
As the leader of our sourcing initiatives, you will drive cost optimization, enhance supplier performance, and ensure the continuity of our supply chain. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, developing robust procurement strategies that align with our business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for direct materials, specifically focusing on plastic packaging and related supply chains.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost reductions and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable contracts, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, conducting regular performance reviews and audits.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to make informed, data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to ensure material specifications are met.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing direct materials and experience within the Retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software tools.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
