Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for telecommunications materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (PO) in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material needs based on project requirements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
