Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract finalization and order placement.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers based on price, quality, delivery speed, and reliability for various goods and services essential for game centers and playgrounds.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and optimize budget utilization.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, fostering strong, long-term relationships and resolving any supply chain issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Maintenance) to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers, and industry trends to enhance procurement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Procurement Officer or similar role, preferably within the retail, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
