In this role, you will act as the bridge between our operational needs and the market, ensuring that we secure the best materials, goods, and services efficiently. You will be responsible for the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying potential suppliers and negotiating contracts to managing the administrative processes that ensure timely delivery and compliance with company standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, ordering, and receiving goods and services.
- Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
- Review and verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure stock availability for production and operations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare detailed reports on expenditure and supplier performance.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics, preferably within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and verbal) is required.
