Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for game equipment, playground materials, and operational supplies
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal quality and cost-efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while monitoring supplier performance
- Prepare and analyze procurement budgets, tracking spending against forecasts
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement strategies with operational needs
- Implement inventory control systems to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, retail, or entertainment industry
- Proven negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable supplier contracts
- Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market trend evaluation
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) is highly desirable
