In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our procurement strategies, ensuring we source high-quality goods and services while optimizing costs. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying suppliers to finalizing contracts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for Head Office operations and mall assets.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and select vendors that align with our quality and cost standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Review and analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and potential risks in the supply chain.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the retail or manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal) is preferred.
