PT Triuslive Inovasi Indonesia is actively seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Procurement Officer (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing operational team in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat. As a key player in our supply chain and manufacturing division, you will take ownership of the end-to-end purchasing process for essential goods and services.
In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our company and our international network of suppliers, with a strong focus on vendors based in China. Your fluency in Mandarin will be essential for clear and effective communication, allowing you to negotiate favorable terms, manage contracts, and resolve any supply chain discrepancies efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods, materials, and services required for daily operations.
- Communicate fluently in Mandarin with suppliers and manufacturers based in China to convey requirements and resolve issues.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely arrivals.
- Evaluate and assess supplier performance, maintaining strong and reliable vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal departments (such as production and logistics) to accurately forecast purchasing needs.
- Monitor global supply chain logistics, track international shipments, and handle import documentation.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional working proficiency or fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory for communicating with Chinese suppliers.
- Proven work experience as a Procurement Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite at our facility in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and supply chain software is highly advantageous.
