Join PT Belawan New Container Terminal as a dynamic Procurement Specialist and drive strategic sourcing initiatives for our logistics operations. In this vital role, you'll manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from supplier identification and negotiation to contract management and vendor relationship optimization. We're seeking a proactive professional who can navigate complex supply chains, reduce operational costs, and ensure seamless material flow in our fast-paced port environment. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement lifecycle management including sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors across logistics categories
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative sourcing solutions
- Manage purchase orders, supplier performance metrics, and procurement documentation systems
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and vendor management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in logistics, manufacturing, or transportation sector
- Proven negotiation skills with track record of securing favorable supplier terms
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities for cost-benefit analysis and market trend evaluation
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
