Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and production components
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships through regular performance reviews
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of import/export regulations for Batam Free Trade Zone
- Certification in procurement (CIPS or equivalent) preferred
