Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, RFQ issuance, and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and competitive pricing
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) while maintaining accurate procurement documentation
- Analyze market trends and pricing structures to optimize procurement budgets
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill operational requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
