- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to purchase order generation and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value and mitigate risks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and logistics teams to forecast needs and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for procurement functions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
