Altius Hospital is seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist (Medical Equipment) to join our growing team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. In this critical role, you will take charge of the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying and vetting new suppliers to nurturing long-term relationships with existing partners. We are looking for a candidate who is not only detail-oriented but also possesses a strong understanding of the medical supply chain to ensure we deliver the highest quality equipment and general goods to our patients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers for medical equipment and general goods to ensure a diverse and reliable supply base.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with vendors to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing suppliers to ensure ongoing service excellence and priority in stock allocation.
- Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate closely with hospital departments to understand procurement needs and forecast inventory requirements accurately.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and product quality specifications.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment terminology, supply chain processes, and vendor management best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
