Tanggung Jawab
- Execute procurement activities including sourcing, requisition processing, and purchase order management
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services meeting quality standards
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing solutions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team for material requirements planning
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements for vendor selection process
- Process purchase requisitions and ensure proper authorization workflows
- Support cost reduction initiatives by identifying opportunities for vendor consolidation and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with procurement procedures and vendor management practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of manufacturing or logistics industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
