In this position, you will take ownership of the end-to-end procurement process. Your responsibilities will cover supplier identification and evaluation, market research and analysis, strategic planning, and performance monitoring. You will be instrumental in establishing long-term partnerships with vendors, negotiating competitive terms, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and align procurement activities with production schedules.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in procurement or supply chain management, with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple priorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure reliable material sourcing.
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys and research to identify potential vendors and market trends.
- Analyze procurement data to develop strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to meet raw material requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with production schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya.
