We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join The Hiro Group in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our purchasing operations, ensuring that all materials, supplies, and services are acquired at the best value without compromising quality. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end procurement cycle—from identifying requirements and sourcing reliable suppliers to negotiating favorable terms and coordinating timely deliveries.
You will work closely with internal teams to understand their needs, forecast demand, and maintain optimal inventory levels. By building strong relationships with vendors and staying current with market trends, you will drive cost efficiencies and contribute to the company's profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities including purchase order issuance, tracking, and supplier coordination
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and service
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost reduction targets
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast material needs and ensure alignment with operational goals
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or compliance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reports for management review
- Conduct market research to identify new sources of supply and emerging trends
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or related industries
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
