Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to payment
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified vendors based on quality and cost criteria
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier databases
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to define procurement specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
