Join Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing as a key member of our supply chain team! We're seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Staff to drive our material sourcing strategy for premium garment production. This critical role requires you to identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality raw materials and accessories while optimizing costs and maintaining production timelines. You'll collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure material specifications are met, manage supplier relationships, and implement cost-saving initiatives. This position offers dynamic exposure to the apparel manufacturing industry and opportunities to develop strategic procurement expertise in a growing company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and production accessories
- Conduct price negotiations and contract management to optimize procurement costs
- Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor supplier performance and quality compliance
- Develop and maintain accurate procurement documentation and inventory records
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with design teams to align material specifications with product requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in procurement within manufacturing or apparel industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of textile materials and production processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
