Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for manufacturing materials and operational supplies
- Research, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery criteria
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize procurement budgets
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to forecast needs
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement workflows
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and inventory records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
