Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and new product sources.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze spending patterns and market trends to recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their material requirements and forecast needs.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels in the system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
