Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Manage end-to-end import documentation, including customs clearance, permits, and compliance
- Execute procurement processes from sourcing to purchase order issuance and payment
- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to maintain optimal supply chain flow
- Analyze supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and finance teams for integrated operations
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable supplier terms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or logistics within manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in import/export procedures and Indonesian customs regulations
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to build long-term supplier relationships
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP or procurement management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
