Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct price, quality, specifications, and delivery time negotiations with suppliers
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor supplier performance and address quality or delivery issues promptly
- Prepare and manage purchase orders according to budget constraints and operational needs
- Track inventory levels and optimize procurement processes to prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement requirements with business goals
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to build supplier relationships
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications (Excel essential)
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
