As a Procurement Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and relationship management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
- Analyze procurement data and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
