We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Supervisor to oversee our purchasing operations in Bali. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the entire procurement process, starting from vendor search and price negotiation to final delivery. This role is critical in ensuring our supply chain remains robust, cost-effective, and compliant with company standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to meet organizational goals and budget requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors to ensure a diverse and high-quality supply base.
- Negotiate competitive terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to maximize cost savings.
- Monitor market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
- Manage the performance of suppliers through regular audits, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence external partners.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations and import/export procedures.
- Proven track record of improving procurement processes and reducing operational costs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
