Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for diverse creative projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate effectively with filmmakers, animators, and artists to translate creative concepts into high-quality visual outputs.
- Manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and facilitate communication across all production departments.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the development, production, and post-production phases.
- Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and creative talent to optimize project resources.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep workflows agile and efficient.
- Prepare detailed reports, status updates, and budget tracking documents for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Producer or Production Manager in the film, media, or creative agency industry.
- Strong understanding of the full production lifecycle, including pre-production planning and post-production workflows.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Proficiency in production management software and standard office tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for artistic excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
