Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze gaps between current user requirements and existing platform capabilities.
- Develop and recommend tactical interim solutions to bridge functionality gaps and maintain operational continuity.
- Monitor key product performance metrics and user behavior patterns to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to prioritize the product backlog.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support the product development lifecycle by conducting thorough user research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that product enhancements align with organizational objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in conducting user research and interpreting user feedback.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
