In this role, you will be the backbone of our product lifecycle, working at the intersection of Buying, Planning, and Distribution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end product buying and procurement process to ensure store inventory needs are met.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the planning team to optimize replenishment cycles.
- Support distribution operations by tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery to retail outlets.
- Maintain accurate product databases and update internal systems with pricing, specifications, and SKU information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve supply chain discrepancies and inventory issues.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on product performance, sales trends, and stock movement.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and follow up on purchase order statuses.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in retail or purchasing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
