Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by promoting and demonstrating assigned product categories to customers.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure optimal product visibility and brand appeal.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure product availability on the floor.
- Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to the management team to improve category performance.
- Execute promotional activities and store events effectively to boost engagement and foot traffic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or brand representation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence purchasing behavior.
- Excellent knowledge of retail merchandising standards and inventory management basics.
- Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment and work towards daily sales goals.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or college training is a plus.
- High level of energy, reliability, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
