Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell MODENA products to a diverse range of consumers through direct sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to assist in improving product offerings and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product developments to provide accurate information.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service principles.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
