As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing our electronic products, providing expert advice, and guiding customers through their purchasing journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell a wide range of electronic products to retail customers.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain technical specifications clearly.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales promoter in the electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong product knowledge of current electronic devices and gadgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain high energy levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid government-issued ID card.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
