Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product costing or cost accounting
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
