We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join PT Ibunda Sehat Mental. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with our mission to improve mental well-being. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into beautiful, functional, and accessible designs.
As a Product Designer, you will drive the design process from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation. You will advocate for the end-user, ensuring our products are not only visually appealing but also easy to use and performant. If you are passionate about leveraging design to solve real-world problems and have a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UX/UI, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept definition to final delivery and launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design intent.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers) to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating rapidly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing a range of UX and UI projects.
- Proficiency in designing with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
