Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full product development lifecycle from initial design concept to production-ready samples.
- Create and maintain accurate tech packs, including bill of materials (BOM), measurement charts, and construction details.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to source high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Conduct fit sessions and provide clear, actionable feedback to the sampling team to refine garment quality.
- Monitor production timelines to ensure all development milestones are met on schedule.
- Troubleshoot technical issues regarding garment construction and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of fabric swatches, color standards, and approved trim samples.
- Ensure all final products align with company design standards, cost targets, and quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Product Developer, Garment Technician, or similar role in the fashion/apparel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and pattern-making processes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator or CAD programs for tech pack creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
