In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between innovative ideas and profitable market reality, ensuring our product pipeline aligns with consumer needs and business objectives.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of new product launches. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution and maximum commercial impact. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for new product initiatives, from conceptualization to market launch.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive gaps.
  • Develop detailed commercialization strategies, including pricing models, go-to-market plans, and distribution roadmaps.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure product readiness.
  • Monitor and analyze post-launch performance data to optimize product positioning and profitability.
  • Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to ensure production capacity meets commercial demand.
  • Create compelling product documentation and sales enablement tools to support internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance product development speed and effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in product management, commercialization, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and market analysis software.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market landscape.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
