Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic direction and operational management of the Product Development Department.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of new ALKES products, ensuring timely and efficient market entry.
- Manage and optimize supplier sourcing strategies to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and supply chain reliability.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory compliance (BPOM) and international quality standards (GMP/GMP).
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance).
- Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to drive continuous product innovation and improvement.
- Develop and mentor product development staff to enhance team capabilities and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product development, preferably within the ALKES or pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements (BPOM) and product registration processes.
- Proven track record in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a department or a team of professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and digital tools.
