Role Overview

As our Product Development Manager, you are responsible for steering the complete product lifecycle—from initial concept ideation and feasibility studies to design, development, testing, launch, and performance monitoring. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands.
  • Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, concept validation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product execution.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and continuously refine products to maximize market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product budgets, timeline milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Prepare and present strategic product roadmaps and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and local regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
