PT Lancarjaya Nusantara Enjiniring (LNE) is seeking an experienced, visionary, and strategic Product & Development Manager to lead our technical product development initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, engineering, and user experience to build innovative solutions that drive business growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate market requirements into actionable technical specifications, and oversee the execution of product development from concept to launch. Tanggung Jawab
- Define, champion, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Translate business objectives and customer insights into detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, resource planning, and development to launch and optimization.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Product Management or Product Development leadership.
- Proven track record of managing and launching successful digital or software products.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Indonesian and English.
