In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our healthcare product lifecycle, bridging the gap between scientific formulation and market-ready success.
You will oversee the entire development journey, from identifying high-potential factory partners and sourcing raw materials to finalizing complex formulations. Furthermore, you will navigate the regulatory landscapes of Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, ensuring that our innovative health solutions meet the highest quality and compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept and sourcing to mass production.
- Lead formulation development in collaboration with R&D teams and external manufacturing partners.
- Oversee factory sourcing and vendor relationship management to ensure cost-efficiency and supply chain reliability.
- Coordinate regulatory registration processes for healthcare products across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in health and wellness that align with our brand strategy.
- Ensure all products strictly adhere to local health authority regulations and international safety standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure successful product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare product development or regulatory affairs.
- Proven track record in managing third-party manufacturing (T-manufacturing) and vendor sourcing.
- In-depth knowledge of health supplement registration processes in Malaysia (NPRA) and regional markets (HK/TW).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple product pipelines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on product efficacy and commercial scalability.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is highly advantageous for regional coordination.
