Tanggung Jawab
- Research market trends and consumer preferences to inform bag product development strategies
- Collaborate with design teams to create innovative and marketable bag concepts
- Develop product specifications, materials, and manufacturing processes for bag collections
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards and timely production
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine product offerings
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop effective product launch strategies
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to market introduction
- Stay updated on industry innovations and best practices in bag manufacturing and design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the fashion/bag industry
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards for bags
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and consumer data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD) is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
