Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development process for new and existing pharmaceutical formulations.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, raw materials, and emerging medical technologies.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Quality Assurance departments to ensure all products meet strict regulatory and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to streamline scaling and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain precise documentation of all product development cycles, test results, and compliance audits.
- Perform stability studies and interpret data to optimize product shelf-life and efficacy.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP guidelines, and pharmaceutical compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in laboratory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent project management and organizational abilities.
