Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in cosmetic product development or process technology leadership
- Expertise in formulation development, stability testing, and scale-up processes
- Strong knowledge of ASEAN cosmetic regulations and international standards
- Proven track record in cross-functional project management
- Advanced problem-solving skills with lean manufacturing experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for global collaboration
